        Taste of Baja

Pescadero is the agricultural heart of Baja, meaning the food on your plate was likely harvested that morning down the street.
        • Barracuda Cantina: As seen on Netflix’s Taco Chronicles. Famous for their fish tacos and laid-back beach vibe. The perfect post-surf pitstop.
          • Hierbabuena: A true farm-to-table experience. Dining nestled within the vegetable gardens that provide the ingredients. Essential for a romantic or relaxed dinner.

              San josé lifestyle

              • San José del Cabo: Soulful, Artistic, Authentic.
                • Concept: Cultura, Farm-to-Table, “The Real Baja”.
                  • While Cabo San Lucas brings the energy, San José del Cabo captures the heart. A historic town defined by its colonial architecture, vibrant art scene, and slower pace of life.
                    • A Culinary Destination: San José is the epicenter of Baja’s farm-to-table movement. Just minutes away, exploring the organic farms of Flora Farms or Acre is a must for any food lover. In town, the Thursday Art Walk transforms the streets into a gallery under the stars, filled with wine, music, and local creators (I can add something related with Night Life like Crania or some place in downtown San Jose.
                      • Nightlife & Culture: For those seeking avant-garde experiences, Crania offers an immersive dinner-and-dance atmosphere set amongst reclaimed cranes and art installations, channeling a Burning Man energy. Nearby, the rooftop at Hotel El Ganzo provides live music sessions with stunning views of the marina, perfect for a sophisticated yet spirited night out.
                        • The Vibe: Whether you are strolling through the estuary, browsing boutiques in the Plaza Mijares, or surfing the breaks at Costa Azul, San José offers a sophisticated, authentic Mexican experience.
